Who we are

DanyCo is also the team behind QueHayHoy.es and FarmLiaison. Each platform has its own terms and privacy policy, which apply when you use it.
Privacy: what data we process and why
Controller: DANYCO INNOVATIONS SOCIEDAD LIMITADA (details above).
What data: what you give us in the contact form (name, business, email, phone if you add it, your website address and your message) or in emails you send us.
Why: to answer your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal or quote for your website. We do not add you to mailing lists or send you advertising.
Legal basis: your consent when you send the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long: as long as needed to handle your enquiry. If we end up working together, we keep what is strictly necessary for the periods required by law (for example, tax rules). Otherwise we delete your data within 12 months at most.
Who else processes it (processors):
- Netlify, Inc. (USA) hosts this website and receives the form submissions.
- Purelymail (USA) is our email provider.
- We handle messages in a support tool installed on our own server, hosted in Germany.
Transfers to the USA use the safeguards provided by the GDPR (European Commission standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, depending on the provider). We do not sell or pass your data to anyone else, unless the law requires it.
Your rights: you can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@danyco.es. If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Cookies
This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising tools, and loads nothing from third parties: the fonts are hosted on the site itself. That is why there is no cookie banner.
Like any web server, our hosting provider logs technical data about visits (such as the IP address) for a limited time, to run and secure the service.
Intellectual property
The texts, design and code of this website belong to DanyCo, except the fonts (Geist, SIL Open Font License) and third-party trademarks mentioned, which belong to their owners.
